1. The service
Doni ("the service") is operated by Sizhen Chen, Lagos, Nigeria. It is reached through the WhatsApp number +234 915 326 4893 and the website getdoni.com. By messaging Doni or using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. What Doni does and does not do
- Doni handles reminders, records and expenses, documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), voice notes and recordings, translations, shop media (posters, product pictures, short videos) and, if you connect it, your Gmail and Google Calendar.
- Doni is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or financial adviser. Anything it writes or calculates is a draft for you to check. You are responsible for what you send, publish or act on.
- Generated pictures and videos are made by AI. Do not present them as photographs of real events, and do not use them to impersonate a real person or brand.
3. Your account
- Your WhatsApp number is your account. Keep your phone secure; anyone with access to your WhatsApp can use Doni as you.
- You must be 18 or older and using Doni for lawful purposes.
- If you connect a Google account, you confirm it is yours or you are authorised to use it. Doni sends email from that account only when you explicitly say "send". You can disconnect at any time by saying "disconnect google".
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Doni to send spam, harass anyone, generate sexual content involving minors, create content that infringes someone else's rights, or interfere with the service (for example, automated flooding). We may limit or stop service to accounts that do.
5. Tokens and pricing
Every account starts with free tokens for pictures and videos; reminders, records, documents and text replies do not use tokens. Prices, limits and the free allowance can change as the service grows; we will say so in the chat. Nothing is charged today, and nothing will be charged without you choosing to pay.
6. Your content
What you send stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service (for example, sending a photo to an image model to make a poster). Files Doni makes for you are yours to use; we claim no rights in them.
7. Availability and changes
Doni is being built in the open. Features may change, pause or break; we fix what breaks and say so. We may suspend the service for maintenance or for safety reasons.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions you take based on Doni's output. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (today: zero).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go first to a friendly conversation on WhatsApp; failing that, to the courts of Lagos State.
